Kootenai Health, the region’s largest healthcare provider, has expanded its presence in Post Falls alongside other providers. The investment addresses a longstanding gap in healthcare access for residents who previously traveled to Coeur d’Alene or Spokane for many services.

The medical corridor development aligns with Post Falls’ broader commercial growth along the Seltice Way and Prairie Avenue areas. Healthcare facilities bring high-paying jobs and attract related businesses, creating an economic multiplier effect for the community.
