Columbia Distributing, a major Pacific Northwest beverage distributor, has made a strategic investment acquiring a 30 percent ownership stake in Hayden Beverage, a North Idaho-based distribution company headquartered in the Kootenai County area.

The deal marks another regional expansion move by Columbia Distributing as it extends its footprint deeper into Idaho markets. Hayden Beverage has long served as a key distributor of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages across northern Idaho.

Details of the financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The investment is structured as a minority stake, leaving Hayden Beverage operating under its existing leadership and brand.
